Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After that, standard shipping arrives in 5-7 business days. Express shipping arrives in 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat $5.99, and shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more. Express shipping is $14.99.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we ship only within the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is coming soon.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. You can track it directly with the carrier at any time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us at Channary@authentict.store with your order number to start a return. See the full Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email Channary@authentict.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Are your products authentic name-brand items?
AuthentiCT specializes in carefully curated, high-quality products that match the performance of name-brand items without the inflated brand markup. Every product is hand-selected and quality-tested by our team.

Why are your prices so much lower than other stores?

Do you offer warranties?
All products are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Some electronics also include a manufacturer warranty — check the individual product page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify Payments checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee changes.

Do you offer discounts?
