We know you're excited to receive your order. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is coming soon.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the ship date. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll investigate or send a replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at Channary@authentict.store if you need to correct an address before shipment.
