Refund & Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • The following items are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons: intimate apparel, opened personal-care devices, opened beauty or skincare products, and gift cards.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Channary@authentict.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Email us immediately at Channary@authentict.store if you need to cancel.
