Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date. Most items ship from US warehouses for the fastest delivery. Some specialty items may ship from international warehouses.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive:
- A confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- A shipping notification with tracking number once your order ships
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll investigate or send a replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Contact us immediately at Channary@authentict.store if you need to correct an address before shipment.
