Stay updated on your AuthentiCT order from purchase to your doorstep.

Step 1 — Check Your Email

As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking number and link to the email you used at checkout. Check your inbox (and spam/promotions folder) for an email from noreply@authentict.store.

Step 2 — Use the Tracking Link

Click the tracking link in your shipment email to see real-time status updates with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Step 3 — Need Help?

Can't find your tracking email or the carrier site shows "label created" for more than 48 hours? Email us at Channary@authentict.store with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
